North Point Senior Homecare is looking for compassionate and dedicated PCAs, CNAs, NAs, and HHAs to join our growing team in Virginia Beach, VA. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to senior clients in their homes
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Support safe mobility and transfers, including assistance with walking and positioning
- Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans
- Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
Requirements:
- Current certification or experience as a PCA, CNA, NA, or HHA preferred
- Prior experience in home care, elder care, or a related healthcare setting is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Physically able to assist with lifting, transferring, and supporting clients
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care
