Job Summary
Looking for a full time fast paced individual that has previous receptionist experience in a outpatient orthopedic clinic. Must be good with computers, technology and have excellent communication skills.
This job consists of some of the following job responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and taking messages for therapy professionals
- Taking collections and copay's from patients
- Creating documents and flyers for company
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Ordering softgoods and clinic supplies
- Knowledge of ICD-10 codes
- Cross training as a Rehab Technician
