North Platte Inn & Suites is looking for a dependable, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our small housekeeping team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, paying attention to the details, and making a direct impact on our guests' experience.
What You'll Do
As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will help keep the hotel running smoothly by leading the housekeeping team and maintaining high standards throughout the property.
- Lead, support, and motivate a housekeeping team
- Start each day at 9:00 AM and help organize the day's housekeeping workload
- Assign rooms and daily housekeeping tasks
- Inspect guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness and quality
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for guests according to hotel standards
- Train new housekeeping team members and provide ongoing coaching
- Work alongside the team and assist with cleaning when needed
- Monitor room status and communicate with the Front Desk
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and other concerns
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and communicate when inventory needs to be replenished
- Respond professionally to guest concerns related to housekeeping
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and respectful work environment
- Help with scheduling and staffing needs as requested
- Lead by example and hold the team accountable to cleanliness and service standards

- Experienced in hotel housekeeping or a similar environment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider a strong housekeeping professional ready to take the next step
