The North Platte Housing Authority is seeking a Program Integrity Specialist to support residents in our Public Housing Program. This role focuses on lease compliance, resident education, investigations, and connecting individuals and families with community resources.
Key Duties Include:
- Investigating lease violations, complaints, and suspected fraud
- Conducting home visits and supporting residents with compliance
- Providing short-term case management and community referrals
- Enforcing lease requirements, including notices and court actions when needed
- Leading tenant education efforts and creating newsletters
- Collaborating with staff and community service providers
- Providing occasional coverage for administrative positions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse populations
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and cell phone
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in social services, housing, or case management
- Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws or HUD housing programs
- Experience working with community agencies and referrals
Work Environment:
Office setting, tenant homes, and community locations. Position includes travel, multitasking, and occasional physical activity.
Pay: From $23.85 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
