North Pacific Properties is a leading real estate firm based in Seattle, known for delivering high-quality property management services across the region. We’re hiring a Field Operations Assistant to provide on-the-ground support for our property management team.
The Field Operations Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the property lifecycle. This is a field-based position responsible for assisting with showings, inspections, lockbox placement, and general onsite support across the single-family rental portfolio.
· Conduct property showings for prospective tenants
· Install and remove lockboxes as needed for maintenance and turnover coordination
· Perform mid-lease property inspections and upload documentation to AppFolio
· Ensure properties are secure, presentable, and accessible for scheduled visits
· Maintain accurate records and communicate field findings to the assigned Property Manager
· Occasionally assist with move-in/move-out walkthroughs as directed
· Hourly Rate: $25.00/hour
· Mileage reimbursement for all field travel
· W2 employment with flexible part-time or full-time scheduling
· Eligible for company events, training, and advancement opportunities within the PM Division
Requirements:· Must have a valid driver’s license and carry active auto insurance.
· Ability to travel across the Seattle metro area and surrounding regions
· Professional demeanor and ability to interact with prospective tenants
· Basic comfort with using mobile apps and property management software (AppFolio experience a plus)
· Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
