Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Operations Manager – Property Management to lead and optimize our property management operations. This high-impact role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, managing team performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling high-level escalations.
While direct experience in property management is preferred, we are open to candidates with strong operations leadership backgrounds in related industries who can bring process-driven thinking and strong team management skills to the role.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support company growth.

Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of 16 property management professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, implement operational policies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Escalation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level tenant, owner, and vendor issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Portfolio Growth: Identify and support opportunities to expand the property portfolio and drive revenue.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor KPIs, review financial reports, and ensure the team meets revenue and profitability goals.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

5 years of operations and management experience, preferably in property management or a related industry.

Proven ability to manage and resolve complex escalations involving tenants, owners, and regulatory bodies.
