Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Location: North Olympic Healthcare Network (NOHN) – Port Angeles, WA (multi-site support)
Position Summary
The Inventory Coordinator supports North Olympic Healthcare Network (NOHN) by ensuring medical, clinical, facilities, and operational supplies are accurately tracked, stocked, and available across all clinic locations. This role helps maintain efficient operations by coordinating inventory levels, ordering supplies, organizing storage areas, and supporting departments in maintaining consistent access to essential materials.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple sites while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Supply Management
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for clinical, office, and operational supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and audits.
Ordering & Vendor Coordination
• Place supply orders following NOHN purchasing processes.
• Coordinate deliveries and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Work with vendors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Distribution & Site Support
• Distribute supplies to clinic departments and locations as needed.
• Support multi-site inventory coordination across NOHN facilities.
• Assist departments with identifying supply needs and usage trends.
Documentation & Systems
• Maintain accurate inventory records in inventory or purchasing systems.
• Track usage patterns and recommend supply adjustments.
• Assist leadership with cost control and inventory optimization efforts.
Operational Support
• Support facility and operational teams with supply logistics.
• Assist with emergency or surge supply needs when required.
• Follow safety and infection control practices in handling supplies.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or operations support preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move supply boxes (typically up to 40–50 lbs).
• Comfortable using inventory or ordering software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between clinic locations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
• Healthcare or clinic supply experience.
• Familiarity with purchasing or inventory control systems.
• Experience working in multi-site operations.
• Experience with lean systems (2 Bin, Kanban etc.)

Work Environment
