We are a busy and growing three doctor practice that is looking for an experienced client service representative to add to our fantastic team! We are looking for an upbeat, master at multitasking, quick problem solver who has excellent written and oral communication skills. Great customer service and interpersonal skills also required. Experience in the veterinary field is required. We are also open to offering part-time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing a 3-5 phone line system.
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage medical records accurately, including updating patient histories, treatment notes, and billing information with precision.
- Handle medical collections professionally, ensuring timely processing of payments while maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Coordinate with veterinary technicians and doctors to facilitate smooth patient flow and timely care delivery.
- Communicate and educate clearly with pet owners regarding treatment plans, medication instructions, and follow-up care using veterinary terminology that is easy to understand.
- Lobby maintenance and hospitality.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
