At North Myrtle Beach Chiropractic, we are not a typical chiropractic office. We provide a high-level, patient-centered experience focused on helping people feel better, move better, and live better—and we are looking for the right person to help bring that experience to life.
We are hiring a Patient Engagement Chiropractic Assistant to support patient flow, enhance the in-office experience, and help patients get the most out of their care.
This is an active, patient-facing role focused on energy, engagement, and movement—not a desk job.
This role is not a fit for someone who prefers a slower-paced or primarily desk-based position.

What You’ll Do:Patient Engagement & Experience
- Interact with patients throughout their visit in a warm, positive, and encouraging way
- Build relationships and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
- Act as a “patient cheerleader” to keep patients motivated and engaged
- Reinforce doctor recommendations in a clear and supportive way
- Help patients feel confident, comfortable, and cared for
Patient Flow & Coordination
- Guide patients through each step of their visit
- Keep patients moving efficiently and minimize wait times
- Ensure patients always know where to go and what to do next
- Support a smooth, organized office flow
Therapy & Clinical Support
- Set up patients for therapies including:
- Spinal decompression
- Traction
- Knee-On-Trac
- Assist with shockwave treatments
- Cue posture, exercises, and movement
- Assist with Foot Levelers scanning and guidance
X-Ray & Exam Support
- Prepare patients for X-rays and exams
- Pull up patient files and assist with setup
- Prepare rooms for exams and report of findings
- Obtain radiology certification and perform X-rays (training provided)
Patient Onboarding
- Give new patient tours
- Help new patients feel comfortable and confident in their care
Team Support (Float Role)
- Assist in different areas of the office as needed
- Provide coverage support during busy times or lunch breaks
- Work closely with the team to maintain efficiency

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $14–$17 per hour, based on experience BONUSESMonthly Bonuses based on total clinic performance—every employee contributes to our success and shares in the rewards

Schedule:
Location: North Myrtle Beach, SC
Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasionally may have to stay until 5:30pm
Closed Friday-Sunday- enjoy 3 day weekends every weekend!
