We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team. This full-time career position offers complete training, competitive compentastion, comprehensive benefits, and outstanding opportunities for professional development.
Our Service Technicians:
- Are responsible for the day-to-day operation of a route.
- Work Monday through Friday following a daily schedule of customer appointments.
- Operate a company-provided vehicle withing the home community.
- Discuss the services requested and recommended with the customer.
- Respond promptly to customers requests for telephone and in-person calls
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A valid drivers license and the ability to meet required insurance standards.
- A high school diploma, GED, or a combination of education and experience.
- At least one year's experience in a position requiring top-notch customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively and professionally with customers, explain treatment procedures, and answer questions.
- The ability to read and comprehend instructions, chemical labels, correspondence, and memos.
- The ability to become certified ans a pest control operator.
- The ability to perform a variety of basic mathematical measurements using a calculator.
- The ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle check, and pre employment drug screen.
