Color Guard CoachClub/Activity Advisors are responsible for supporting student engagement, ensuring safe andinclusive environments and facilitating meaningful extracurricular experiences. Responsibilitiesinclude: Schedule and facilitate at least four (4) club/activity meetings per school year Support student leaders/members in planning and implementing activities, events, andinitiatives Ensure all meetings and activities are appropriately supervised Oversee any fundraising efforts, including planning, approval, financial tracking, andsubmission of funds in accordance with school procedures Maintain accurate records of student participation and attendance Submit club/activity rosters to Mr. DeMar after the first meeting and update/subsequentrosters following additional meetings Facilitate completion and collection of anti-hazing forms in accordance with school policy Communicate regularly with students regarding meetings, events, and expectations Ensure that all club/activity events follow school policies and procedures, includingsecuring necessary approvals in advance Promote an inclusive environment that encourages student participation and leadership Maintain regular communication with administration regarding club activities, events, andany concerns
