Marching Band Front Ensemble
Club/Activity Advisors are responsible for supporting student engagement, ensuring safe and
inclusive environments and facilitating meaningful extracurricular experiences. Responsibilities
include:
● Schedule and facilitate at least four (4) club/activity meetings per school year
● Support student leaders/members in planning and implementing activities, events, and
initiatives
● Ensure all meetings and activities are appropriately supervised
● Oversee any fundraising efforts, including planning, approval, financial tracking, and
submission of funds in accordance with school procedures
● Maintain accurate records of student participation and attendance
● Submit club/activity rosters to Mr. DeMar after the first meeting and update/subsequent
rosters following additional meetings
● Facilitate completion and collection of anti-hazing forms in accordance with school policy
● Communicate regularly with students regarding meetings, events, and expectations
● Ensure that all club/activity events follow school policies and procedures, including
securing necessary approvals in advance
● Promote an inclusive environment that encourages student participation and leadership
● Maintain regular communication with administration regarding club activities, events, and
any concerns
