About this position
The Clinical Improvement Specialist performs clinical care coordination and oversight to ensure patient care staff is delivering highest level of appropriate patient care.
Requirements
Education
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Associate's degree in nursing and 2 years of nursing experience or bachelor's degree in nursing required
Experience
- 1-2 years nursing experience required; 3 preferred.
- Previous leadership preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of nursing theory and practice.
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.
- Knowledge of Primary Care Principles/Practices.
- Strong computer skills.
Licensure/Certification
- Current licensure as RN in State of Minnesota
- State Requirement
- Current American Heart Association BLS
- certification or completion of training and certification during first 30 days of
- NMHC Standard

Salary Range: B24 ($42.29-$63.44), based on experience
Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
