- Competitive salary guarantee ($320,000-$330,000 Full-time 1.0 FTE), including a signing bonus and relocation assistance
- Clinic Only (No hospital coverage or hospital call)
- No Clinical Weekends - Call is only required for clinic patients (not hospital) in the evenings during the week, and during the day on weekends (no night coverage).

- Maple Grove Hospital, established in 2009, is recognized as a top hospital in the state for Women and Children Care, with a Level III NICU, and is the largest Family Birth Center in the state (:5,000 deliveries per year and over 50,000 babies delivered). The hospital was recognized in 2023 by U.S. News & World Report for high performing procedures and conditions in spinal fusion, COPD, hip replacement, knee replacement and pneumonia.
