As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Tool & Asset Manager to join our Logistics Department at our Indianapolis location in a tool room, or industrial facility setting. This is a full-time, onsite position working Monday through Friday, with occasional travel to our remote locations and jobsites. This position could require standing for long periods of time.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics operations—supporting our field and project teams by overseeing the full lifecycle of tools and equipment. This position is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating purchases and rentals, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and ensuring timely delivery of tools and safety gear to jobsites.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management, with the ability to communicate effectively with field personnel, vendors, and internal teams. By maintaining accurate records, optimizing tool tracking systems, and driving process improvements, the Tool & Asset Manager helps reduce downtime, control costs, and support a safe and efficient work environment. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for effective collaboration with team members and vendors. Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office applications is required. A solid understanding of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment is required. 2-3 years of experience in a tool room, warehouse, or maintenance support role is highly preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to lift and transport tools and equipment as needed, mechanical aptitude and understanding of tool functions, and the ability to work as a team player. The candidate must have a High School diploma or equivalent to be considered for employment.
