What are the responsibilities and job description for the Middle School Volleyball Coach position at North Marion Middle School?
Middle School Volleyball Coach
- Previous volleyball coaching experience preferred
- Knowledge, experience and ability to effectively perform the duties of a coach as stated in the District Coaches Handbook/Head Coaching Responsibilities
- Ability to satisfactorily perform all physical requirements of assigned tasks with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents, administration, players and staff
- Ability to work with community youth programs
- Hold or ability to acquire a First Aid/CPR card
- Hold or ability to acquire ASEP/NFHS, concussion, and steroid training
- Must complete all online safety trainings required by District
- Passage of a fingerprint-based criminal history verification required upon offer of employment. Cost of fingerprinting (currently $75) is paid by the employee through payroll deduction.
