- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food items such as hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, and drinks
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand
- Restock supplies and inventory as needed throughout shifts
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a great ballpark experience
- Inventory Control: assess inventory and assist in preparing product orders as necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 14 years of age or older. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume crowds. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic math skills for handling cash and making change. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and or move up to 75 lbs. and occasionally lift and or move more than 100lbs. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the softball season.

HOURS OF WORK: Work hours are up to 20 hours a week and include weekend and evening hours dependent on tournaments and games scheduled at Caswell.
NATURE OF WORK:Under supervision, this position is responsible for serving food and beverages at the Caswell Concession stand. This position primarily consists of serving food, handling cash, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.Salary : $12 - $20
