Registered Veterinary Technician

The North Madison Veterinary Clinic is searching for an experienced part-time or full-time registered veterinary technician to contribute their talents to our team in Madison, Indiana.

The technician will be responsible for:

· technician appointments

· client education and communication

· blood collection

· anesthesia

· radiographs

· dental prophylaxis procedures

· handling and restraint of animals for a variety of procedures

· cleanliness and maintenance of the hospital and all equipment

· communicate effectively with colleagues, and

· maintaining accurate medical records.

The successful candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds and remain standing for long periods of time. Two years previous experience as a registered veterinary technician required. Indiana veterinary technician registration required. Candidate must be willing to submit to a background check.
