North Lake Supply is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Associate to support our day-to-day cannabis manufacturing and packaging operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in regulated production, learn industry best practices, and grow within a fast-moving cannabis company.
The Production Associate plays a critical role in ensuring our products are processed, packaged, labeled, and prepared accurately and compliantly for distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with processing and packaging of cannabis products including pre-rolls, vapes, and related SKUs
- Perform labeling and final product preparation in accordance with regulatory and brand standards
- Support inventory organization, staging, and movement within the production area
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control checks to ensure product consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace at all times
- Accurately complete production logs, batch records, and other required documentation
- Work collaboratively with the production and operations team to meet daily and weekly output goals
- Adhere to all state cannabis regulations, safety requirements, and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior production, manufacturing, or packaging experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Must meet all state requirements for employment in the cannabis industry including a background check
