Pressure Washing Technician

Wash Technician, Full Time

North Lake Pressure Washing is hiring a reliable, efficient Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. Reporting to our Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for pressure washing & soft washing outdoor surfaces at our clients’ homes and businesses. (Training will be provided)

Job responsibilities:

• Safely drive our company vehicle to job sites
• Load and unload equipment from work vehicles
• Appropriately operate pressure washing & soft washing equipment to clean surfaces (concrete, patios, siding, roofs)
• Knowledge in troubleshooting issues regarding pressure washing & equipment
• Understand our policy & always arrive on time (No tolerance)
• Follow procedures on Housecall Pro
• Review completed work with the client
• Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and client property
• Accurately log billable hours using Housecall Pro
• Comfortably communicate with clients in person & over the phone

Qualifications and skills:

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to work
• Previous experience driving any truck of some sort
• Able to lift heavy equipment (50 pounds) and complete standing work in all weather
• Efficient learner with great attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Friendly, professional, and respectful to clients
• Can work independently and as part of a team environment
• Can communicate well (multiple languages are a plus)
• Experience utilizing Housecall Pro (training will be provided)
• Avon, OH: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
