Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through door-to-door visits, confidently presenting our power washing services and explaining their benefits.
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and generate new business opportunities.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update sales pipelines, and manage follow-up activities efficiently.
• Present and offer service packages and pricing with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and closing deals effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to address customer questions, resolve concerns, and foster trust.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude during all interactions to represent our brand positively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate service benefits and handle objections confidently.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities.
• Experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or business development will give you an edge.
• Customer service orientation combined with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work independently in door-to-door environments while maintaining motivation and professionalism.
