- Identify, investigate, and resolve denied or rejected claims by determining root causes and taking corrective action.
- Track claim errors, denials, and payer patterns to identify trends and proactively prevent future issues.
- Work closely with clinical, front office, and billing teams to ensure accurate patient data and seamless coordination across departments.
- 1 years of experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or revenue cycle management (healthcare or physical therapy preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
