Responsibilities
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to promote patient independence and functional ability
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Participate in discharge planning and education to ensure a smooth transition to the next level of care

Requirements
1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
Florida Physical Therapy License
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
