- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on client requests or gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within CRM systems and other Microsoft Office applications to maintain up-to-date records
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with team members to analyze client needs and suggest tailored solutions or services
- Handle cash transactions or payments securely when required, adhering to established procedures
