Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at our North Italia location in Brea, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. The Executive Chef will also handle inventory management, enforce health and safety protocols, mentor kitchen staff, and drive exceptional guest satisfaction through culinary excellence.

- Hands-on experience with kitchen operations, staff supervision, and food execution
- Expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and ensuring excellent food quality
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
