General Summary
This role bridges the gap between strategy and execution—transforming insights into action through coordinated project management, stakeholder alignment, and results tracking. This role plays a critical part in driving key initiatives across marketing, product, and operations to enhance member engagement, accelerate growth, and increase organizational agility.
Principal Accountabilities (95%)
Execution Planning and Activation
- Translate data-driven strategies into structured execution plans.
- Own initiative roadmaps, including deliverables, milestones, owners, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Member Experience, and Operations to launch, manage, and optimize initiatives.
- Oversee timelines, track action items, and resolve blockers to maintain progress.
Campaign and Program Management
- Lead the delivery of initiatives such as credit card growth campaigns, member segmentation activations, and financial wellness pilots.
- Guide working groups or project teams through agile-style sprints or structured workback schedules.
- Utilize Jira, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI for tracking and reporting on progress.
Strategic Insights Integration
- Partner with analysts to translate data insights into actionable business opportunities.
- Establish feedback loops to ensure continuous learning and process improvement.
- Document best practices, frameworks, and playbooks to scale execution strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison between BI&A and cross-functional teams during project execution.
- Facilitate meetings, track key decisions, and manage communication flow effectively.
- Support senior leadership through detailed summaries, dashboards, and retrospectives.
Secondary Accountabilities (5%)
- Assists with special projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Complies with BSA requirements as commensurate with position.
Position Requirement and Qualifications
Abilities:
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, Retail, Operations).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights/data into strategic action plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Knowledge, Education, Certifications, Licenses:
- Bachelor’s degree or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with Jira, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, and Teams.
Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in strategy execution, strategic operations, business consulting, or program management.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, credit unions, or member-driven organizations is a plus.
