Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)
North Iredell Animal Hospital – Statesville, NC
North Iredell Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly and compassionate Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR plays an essential role in our hospital as the first voice our clients hear and the first face they see, helping create a welcoming and supportive experience for both pets and their families.
We are a locally owned veterinary practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care while building lasting relationships with the families and pets in our community.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Manage appointment flow and help keep the daily schedule organized
- Process invoices and handle financial transactions
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Communicate effectively with doctors and technicians regarding patient care
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and their pets
Ideal Candidate
Applicants should:
- Be friendly, professional, and compassionate
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Be comfortable answering phones and multitasking
- Be organized and detail-oriented
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be able to learn new tasks and procedures quickly
Previous veterinary or medical reception experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule
- Four days per week
- 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM
- Monday through Friday
- No weekends required

Compensation
- $14–17 per hour depending on experience
