- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer confidence and interest
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products to create an inviting shopping environment
- Handle retail store product knowledge inquiries, offering detailed information on tools, warranties, and usage tips

Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in tools or automotive accessories; supervising experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
