RV Technician
Duties:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on recreational vehicles (RVs)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct inspections to identify necessary repairs and replacements
- Repair or replace damaged components, such as roofs, windows, and appliances
- Install and repair RV accessories and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and battery checks
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of RV systems
- Experience in auto body repair, welding, soldering, or similar trades
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Sales experience is a plus
