What are the responsibilities and job description for the Xactimate Estimator position at North Idaho Flood and Fire, LLC?
We are looking for a Xactimate Estimator with expertise in residential and commercial repair of structures due to water, flood, mold, and fire damage. If you are qualified and interested in the position as described below, please submit your resume for consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate and prepare an accurate scope of work in Xactimate in a timely manner
- Familiar with insurance work (requiring approvals, revisions, supplements, etc.)
- Keep open communication with insurance adjusters
- Build and sustain relationships with insurance adjusters
- Maintain professionalism in all projects
- Professionally represent company adhering to principles of honesty and integrity
Position Requirements:
- 3 years in construction estimating.
- Proficient computer skills (including Xactimate, Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- Must have Xactimate certification
- Valid driver's license
- Clean background check
- Knowledge and experience in restoration is a plus and Construction is mandatory
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; effectively communicates with management and all internal/external customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow through and follow up
- Able to work 8-4:30pm pm Mon-Fri with additional hours/weekends, as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
