Leadership Opportunity in North Houston

· We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional care for our residents.

· Assist in planning, organizing, and directing daily nursing functions to meet resident needs.

· Support development and updates of care plans, policies, and procedures.

· Conduct nursing assessments, develop care plans, and oversee their implementation.

· Monitor and report on resident conditions while ensuring compliance with standards.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to provide quality care.

· Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality.

· Participate in quality assurance initiatives and staff training.

· Provide direct nursing care during emergencies or staffing shortages.

What We’re Looking For:

· Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.

· Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Board of Nursing.

· 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred, in LTC/SNF, post or subacute setting.

· Knowledge of PCC and Microsoft Suite preferred.

· Strong team collaboration skills, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent standing, reaching, and lifting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
