Pay & Perks

What You’ll Do

Winnie’s Sisu House is a trauma-informed transitional living program for girls (16–21) who have experienced exploitation, offering safety, stability, and hope.
Hawkins Home is a structured, supportive program helping young women build confidence and skills as they transition into adulthood.

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for responsible, mature, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about empowering at-risk youth. If you’re someone who can set healthy boundaries, communicate clearly, stay calm in tough moments, and lead by example — you’ll thrive here.
Must-Haves:
- 21 years of age
- Valid Minnesota driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in providing structure and setting firm, positive limits
Nice-to-Haves (but not required):
- Education in Human Services, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related fields
- Relevant experience working with youth or in residential care settings
