North Hollywood Toyota North Hollywood Toyota (TNH) is seeking a full time Floor Manager Assistant to support & assist with daily sales operations, by providing positive customer experience. The Floor Manager Assistant plays a vital support role in the smooth delivery of all sales leads, incoming calls, customer appointments and engagement.
This is an hourly non-exempt position, with a bonus structured plan.
Responsibilities:
- Track & Execute Calls: Complete and track a minimum of 60 calls per day using the CRM or designated call-tracking system
- Lead Response: Respond to incoming leads quickly, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Appointment Goals: Ensure at least 10 confirmed appointments daily are scheduled and logged
- Confirmation & Follow-Up: Confirm all daily appointments and re-engage with customers to reduce no-shows
- CarGurus Outreach: Contact CarGurus customers who want to sell their car and schedule appointments for them to bring their vehicle in
- Signal List Outreach: Create new appointments by reaching out to customers in the signal list and those within 1 year of their contract ending
- Call Review Oversight: Monitor call reviews for quality and compliance, providing feedback and follow-up where needed
- Customer Re-Engagement: Reach out to prior customers and lost opportunities to generate additional appointments
- Team Collaboration: Work with the sales team to increase appointment volume and support dealership goals

Required skills and qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Automotive sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred
- Strong phone communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage, track, and report on daily performance
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Telephone & documentation skills
- Administrative writing and reporting skills
- Attention to detail
- High working ethics
- Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to twenty (25) pounds
Experience
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, handling sales deals, CRM
