As required by North Hills Education Association Contract Article XVII, Section B, the following coaching vacancy is posted for the 2025-2026 school year:
- DECEMBER 3, 2025 through DECEMBER 19, 2025
- The North Hills School District is seeking an experienced and dynamic Varsity Head Football Coach
- Demonstrated successful experience coaching at the high school or collegiate level (head coaching experience preferred).
- Comprehensive knowledge of the game of football, including player development, game planning, and program organization.
- Commitment to fostering academic success, sportsmanship, leadership, and character in student-athletes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and community members.
- All required clearances in accordance with Pennsylvania state law.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the varsity football program, including staff selection, player development, and game preparation.
- Coordinate off-season strength and conditioning programs.
- Promote the football program within the school and community.
- Ensure compliance with all district, WPIAL, and PIAA policies and regulations.
- Minimum $10,000 annual stipend with increase based upon previous coaching experience.
