Medicare Nurse Manager (RN Only) – Immediate Opening
North Hills Life Care and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Medicare Nurse Manager (RN) to oversee the day-to-day nursing operations of our Medicare/Therapy Unit. This leadership role ensures the highest standard of care for our residents while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care standards are met
- Complete resident assessments and submit required MDS data
- Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- 1 year in MDS preferred
- Experience in long-term care or Medicare is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate
- Must be available for on-call duties
