North Hills Family Medicine – Keller, Texas
Position Type: Full-Time (4.5 days/week) with an occasional Saturday
Clinic is open 7:30am-6pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays (acute care only) from 8:30am-11:30am
Practice Type: Private, Physician-Owned, outpatient only
North Hills Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our established team as Dr. Fuller prepares for retirement. This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-respected, community-rooted practice with a loyal, multi-generational patient panel.

Founded in 1978 by the late Dr. David Pillow Sr. and Carol Dvorak, RN, FNP, North Hills Family Medicine has proudly served Keller, North Richland Hills, and surrounding North Texas communities for more than four decades. We are a private, physician-owned practice offering comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages.
Our practice focuses on primary care, with providers from Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Preventive Medicine backgrounds. We aim to do more than treat illness—we make the extra effort to educate, promote, and encourage lifelong health and wellness practices for our patients.

Clinical Responsibilities
The Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services, including but not limited to:
- Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, and other chronic illnesses
- Evaluation and treatment of acute conditions, such as minor injuries, infections, and exacerbations of chronic diseases
- Ordering and interpretation of diagnostic studies, including laboratory tests, X-rays, PFTs, Fibroscans, and EKGs
- Prescribing medications and other treatment modalities commonly used in primary care
- Patient counseling and education regarding disease processes, treatment plans, and expected outcomes
- Working as an integral part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
Procedures
The Physician will perform procedures including, but not limited to:
- Laceration repairs
- Incision and drainage (I&D)
- Skin biopsies
- Lesion destruction with liquid nitrogen
- Additional procedures upon your comfort level such as IUD insertions, Joint injections and point of care ultrasounds

Qualifications
- MD or DO; board-certified in Family Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Texas
- Able to obtain a DEA License
- Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong clinical skills, including the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other clinical software applications. Our practice currently uses Athena
- Demonstrated commitment to providing patient-centered care and delivering high-quality services
- Leadership experience or potential, with a strong desire to take on additional responsibilities within the practice
