Grounds Crew Member – North Hills Country Club

North Hills Country Club in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking motivated individuals to join our Grounds Crew. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high-quality conditions of our private 18-hole golf course.

The ideal candidate is able to commit to work through the month of October.

Responsibilities:

• Daily course maintenance including mowing, raking bunkers, and course setup
• Operating equipment such as mowers, utility vehicles, and small hand tools
• Assisting with landscaping, irrigation, and other projects as needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays (golf course hours)
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• No experience necessary - we will train the right candidate
