North Hills Child Care Center is seeking a qualified lead Toddler Teacher to work in our child care center serving infants through preschoolers. We are looking for kind, caring, and hardworking individuals who love children and are eager to nurture and guide their academic and social/emotional growth! We offer a welcoming work environment where infants, toddlers, and preschoolers grow and thrive through play, exploration, and structured learning experiences. Responsibilities include:
- Creating an environment that ensures the health and safety of the children in the classroom.
- Providing equal care, love, and respect for all children in the classroom.
- Communicating children's development with parents.
- Maintaining positive staff and parent relationships.
- Actively participating in professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a licensed child care center
- CDA
- Experience working with Infants
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Successful completion of required background check and TB testing
- Current CPR and First Aid training, or willing to obtain soon after hire
