- Prepare and serve meals while ensuring food safety and dietary requirements
- Communicate changes in condition promptly to nursing staff and document as required
- Uphold resident rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming household environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Massachusetts CNA certification
- CPR/AED certification (required)
- Two years of CNA experience preferred (especially in long-term care)
