You Will
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Innovation-focused projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative approaches to project management, with a focus on creative problem-solving
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive the Innovation agenda forward
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and status reports to keep projects on track
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful project outcomes
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Innovation Engagement team and leadership
- Proven experience in a project management role, preferably within a creative or innovation-driven environment
- Management Consulting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to project management
- Familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our consulting firm
