Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Pressure Washer to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality exterior and industrial cleaning services using pressure washing equipment. Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, machinery, and other surfaces.
- Use hand tools, cleaning equipment, and industrial cleaning techniques to remove dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, and other stubborn residues.
- Set up and dismantle ladders safely when accessing elevated areas; ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of equipment or materials while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and report any safety hazards or equipment issues promptly.
Experience
- Prior experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with pressure washing techniques and equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions enhances performance in this role.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to manual handling, PPE usage, ladder use, and fire safety is essential.
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients regarding cleaning services and site conditions.
