CDL Roll-Off Truck Driver – Experienced Professionals Wanted
North Georgia Dumpsters | Metro Atlanta, GA
Pay: Starting at $25 /hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time | 40–50 hours weekly | Average 45 hours
We're Looking for Professionals, Not Just CDL Steering Wheel Holders.
At NGD, we believe good drivers deserve to work with people who know what they're doing and actually give a damn.
Here's what makes us different: Everyone on our management team has driven or currently drives a truck. We've been behind the wheel, worked the job sites, and dealt with the same challenges our drivers face every day. You're not taking direction from someone who's never done your job. We understand the equipment, the work, and what it takes to get the job done right.
We're looking for dependable roll-off drivers who take pride in their work, respect their equipment, and want to build a long-term career.
We invest in our people, maintain our equipment, and expect professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic in return.

- Competitive Pay: $25 /hour, based on experience

The Bottom Line
We're not building a revolving door of drivers. We want professionals who plan to stick around and be part of a team that knows what it's doing.
We don't expect perfection. We expect honesty, accountability, effort, and professionalism.
If you're tired of poorly maintained equipment, poor leadership, and coworkers who don't pull their weight, we'd like to talk.
Come work with a team that actually gives a damn.
