As we grow our digital presence, we are looking for a talented individual who can bridge the gap between technical design and visual storytelling.
The Role
We are seeking a Digital Creative Lead who has a passion in precision CAD design, but who also has a keen eye for visual content. This is a unique role where your technical work in the studio becomes the star of our social media. You will be responsible for designing our pieces and then capturing the "magic" of that process to engage our audience on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities
- CAD Design: Lead the creation of high-quality, manufacturable jewelry designs. You will turn concepts into technical realities, ensuring every detail is perfect before it hits the bench.
- Visual Content Creation: Translate the design process into compelling short-form video and imagery. You will help manage our social media accounts by posting the "journey" of a piece—from the first CAD render to the finished diamond jewelry—to drive traffic to our store and website.
- Website Maintenance: Provide basic upkeep and updates to our Shopify website, ensuring new designs are uploaded and the site remains current.
- Collaborative Execution: Work alongside our leadership team to ensure our digital aesthetic matches the high quality of our physical products.
Who You Are
The CAD Expert: You have professional experience in CAD.
The Visual Storyteller: You have a natural knack for making things look beautiful on camera. You understand what makes a Reel or a TikTok "stop the scroll."Technologically Inclined: You are a quick learner who enjoys mastering new software, whether it’s a new CAD plugin or a video editing app.
A Local Professional: You are based in or near North Georgia and enjoy the energy of an in-person, collaborative studio environment.
The Team Player: You are humble, driven, and understand that your work is the bridge between our craftsmanship and our customers.
