Position: Front Desk Staff (Full Time)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Staff member to join our small, collaborative team. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth and welcoming patient experience while supporting key administrative functions in the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Greet and check in patients in person
• Process patient payments and manage front desk transactions
• Maintain accurate patient records and files
• Perform general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous office or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Friendly, professional, and patient-centered demeanor
• Comfortable working in a small team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word a plus
• Experience with electronic medical management systems a plus
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not required
