What are the responsibilities and job description for the NURSE PRACTITIONER - Madison, FL position at North Florida Medical?
SUMMARY:
Works collaboratively with members of the care team and local, regional, state, and national healthcare resources to coordinate care and services. Provides general medical care and treatment to patients in a medical facility by diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages.
SCHEDULE/HOURS:
- Monday - Friday
- Typically 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- No weekends
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- BSN, MSN preferred
- Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner education program
- Currently licensed as an APRN to practice in the State of Florida
- Current BLS certification
