SUMMARY:

Works collaboratively with the care team and local, regional, state, and national healthcare resources to coordinate care and services. Diagnose and treat a variety of diseases and injuries in general practice seeing patients of all ages.

HOURS:

  • Monday - Friday
  • Typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • No holidays or weekends
Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

  1. Medical Degree: M.D. or D.O.
  2. Family Practice specialization

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  1. Current State Medical License to Practice in the State of Florida
  2. Current D.E.A. certificate.
  3. Board eligible or board certified in family practice; if board eligible at time of hire, must be board certified within 3 years of hire date.
  4. Insurability (malpractice).
  5. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
