Service BDC Representative (Business Development Center)

What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming service appointment requests via phone, email, and online scheduling platforms
Proactively contact customers with open recalls to schedule service appointments
Coordinate and manage mobile service appointments, including confirmations and follow-ups
Provide status updates and maintain clear communication with customers
Accurately document all appointments, conversations, and customer interactions in our system
Work closely with the service team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
Tech-comfortable — able to navigate multiple systems and software platforms
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused mindset
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
