What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fire Sprinkler Helper / Fitter position at North Florida Fire Protection?
We are seeking a fire sprinkler helper/fitter to join our team. Work to include installation, repair, service, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems. Perform threading and grooving of piping. Install pipe fittings, hangers, couplings, and fire sprinkler heads. Assist with underground piping installation and related work. Operate power tools and equipment including scissor lifts, safely and efficiently. Work from ladders and at heights while adhering to safety standards.
Experience preferred, willing to train individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic with willingness to learn. Mandatory drug testing and background check.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
