Residential Roofing Project Manager

A growing residential roofing company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for keeping jobs on schedule, coordinating crews and materials, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customers have a great experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential roofing projects from contract through completion
- Coordinate roofing crews, materials, deliveries, inspections, and schedules
- Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Communicate with homeowners and provide regular project updates
- Work closely with sales, production, and office teams
- Identify and resolve project issues quickly
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review completed work and coordinate final inspections and punch-list items
- Maintain accurate project documentation and updates in company systems
- Help ensure all work meets company quality standards and local requirements
Qualifications
- 2 years of roofing, construction, or residential project management experience
- Strong knowledge of residential roofing processes and materials
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in the field and visiting active jobsites
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with roofing software or construction management systems is a plus
