As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating sales for our dealership. This is a Full Time position with a base salary of $800 a week plus commission structure, offering a potential monthly income of $4,000 to $10,000.

- Understand and demonstrate knowledge of all vehicle models and features
- Conduct vehicle walk-around and test drives with customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Effectively communicate with customers throughout the sale process
- Complete sales transactions and paperwork accurately
- Reach and exceed sales targets and goals
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions
- Prior sales experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient with technology and computer systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 41 hour work week. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
